Section titled “kindgi tenant rename”Synopsis
kindgi tenant rename [--name=<name>] [--slug=<slug>]Change your workspace's name, its slug, or both. Prints it. Its id stays, so whatever names it by its id keeps working. The console's addresses carry the slug: after a new one, links with the old one stop opening it. Nothing in the CLI uses the slug. For tenant admins. Needs a runtime on Kindgi 0.1.10 or later.
Options
| Option | Default | Description |
|---|---|---|
--name <value> |
unchanged | The new name, at most 100 characters. |
--slug <value> |
unchanged | The new slug: lowercase letters, digits and single hyphens, at most 63 characters, unique across workspaces. The console's addresses change with it. |
Every command also takes the global flags.
Examples
Change your workspace's name; its slug, and the console's addresses, stay.
kindgi tenant rename --name="Acme Store"Change its slug too. Links to the console with the old slug stop opening it.
