Overview

Env

Non-sensitive per-env values (/v1/env/*). Every route requires envName + scopeKind (+ scopeId for org / project); value is present on every read path (env is non-sensitive by definition). Writes require the env:write capability. Caller-plugged via EnvBinding (@kindgi/env-inmemory is an in-memory implementation for development and tests).
