Overview
PDP decision audit stream (list). Every route-level authz check() emits one AuditEvent (kind authz-decision) via the AuditEventBinding; this route pages through them, tenant-scoped, with ?actorSubject= / ?onBehalfOf= / ?action= / ?resource= / ?outcome= / ?runId= / ?from= / ?to= filters. Admin@tenant only. This view is a filtered projection of the tenant audit events.
