child-run (childRunId, childStatus, timesOutAt): a child run must finish. decided-approval (approvalId, approvalStatus): decided, the runtime continues. unattributed (tokenId, timesOutAt): a wait no approval is linked to. no-open-wait: the journal shows none; the runtime picks the run up again.
