# client.agents.live

> client.agents.live — the agents.live operations.

`client.agents.live` — the `agents.live` operations.

On `AsyncKindgi` every method is the same, awaited.

## `client.agents.live.resolve()`

```python signature
resolve(
    agent_id: str | UUID,
    /,
    *,
    project_id: str | UUID | None = None,
    segments: Sequence[ScopeSegment | Mapping[str, str]] | None = None,
    timeout: float | None = None,
) -> LiveVersionResolution
```

The version a run would use. `GET /v1/agents/{agentId}/live`

Resolves the version a run of this agent would use for a project and segment path: the most specific live version (segment path, project, org, tenant), else the latest registered. A run that names its version, or a follow-up turn in a conversation, isn't resolved this way.

## `client.agents.live.list()`

```python signature
list(agent_id: str | UUID, /, *, timeout: float | None = None) -> LivePinList
```

List an agent's live versions. `GET /v1/agents/{agentId}/live-versions`

Every scope with a live version pinned, and the promotion that set it.

## `client.agents.live.rollback()`

```python signature
rollback(
    agent_id: str | UUID,
    body: RollbackBody | Mapping[str, Any] | None = None,
    /,
    *,
    idempotency_key: str | None = None,
    timeout: float | None = None,
    **fields: Any,
) -> Promotion
```

Roll a scope back to its previous live version. `POST /v1/agents/{agentId}/live/rollback`

Back to the scope's previous live version, or `toVersion`. Recorded like a promotion. Needs `promote` on the agent.

## `client.agents.live.unpin()`

```python signature
unpin(
    agent_id: str | UUID,
    body: UnpinBody | Mapping[str, Any] | None = None,
    /,
    *,
    idempotency_key: str | None = None,
    timeout: float | None = None,
    **fields: Any,
) -> Promotion
```

Remove a scope's live version. `POST /v1/agents/{agentId}/live/unpin`

Removes the scope's own pin: its runs use the next scope up (and the latest when nothing is pinned). Recorded like a promotion. Needs `promote` on the agent.
