### `kindgi feedback write`

**Synopsis**

kindgi feedback write --kind=<bug|friction|question|design> --title=<short> [--severity=<blocker|high|medium|low>] [--body=@<file> | --body-stdin | --interactive] [--authored-by=<claude-code|human|mixed>] [--path=<pack-dir>]
```

Append a framework-friction entry to FEEDBACK.md at the pack root (Claude Code diagnostic → durable input for maintainers).

**Options**

| Option                  | Default                                                                                      | Description                                                                                 |
| ----------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `--authored-by <value>` | `human`                                                                                      | Who wrote the entry: `human` (default), `claude-code` or `mixed`.                           |
| `--body <value>`        | none                                                                                         | The entry's body: the text itself, or `@<file>` to read it from a file.                     |
| `--body-stdin`          | off                                                                                          | Read the entry's body from stdin.                                                           |
| `--interactive`         | on when neither `--body` nor `--body-stdin` is given (opens `$EDITOR`, else VISUAL, else vi) | Write the body in `$EDITOR`: the default when neither `--body` nor `--body-stdin` is given. |
| `--kind <value>`        | required                                                                                     | The entry's kind: `bug`, `friction`, `question` or `design`. Required.                      |
| `--path <value>`        | the current directory                                                                        | The pack root, where `FEEDBACK.md` is. Default: the current directory.                      |
| `--severity <value>`    | `medium`                                                                                     | The entry's severity: `blocker`, `high`, `medium` (default) or `low`.                       |
| `--title <value>`       | required                                                                                     | A short title: the entry's heading. Required.                                               |

**Examples**

Record a bug found while working, body from a file.

kindgi feedback write --kind=bug --title="Run list ignores --limit" --severity=high --body=@notes.md
```

Record friction from a coding agent, body piped in.

```sh
kindgi feedback write --kind=friction --title="Unclear error on missing key" --authored-by=claude-code --body-stdin
```

### `kindgi feedback submit`

**Synopsis**

```sh signature
kindgi feedback submit
```

Submit feedback reports to Kindgi (not available yet).

**Options**

Every command also takes the [global flags](https://docs.kindgi.com/v0.1.8/reference/cli.md#global-flags).

**Examples**

It exits with status `1` and says where the entries are kept: `FEEDBACK.md` at the pack root, to commit or send.
