# Overview

## Env

Non-sensitive per-env values (`/v1/env/*`). Every route requires `envName` + `scopeKind` (+ `scopeId` for org / project); `value` is present on every read path (env is non-sensitive by definition). Writes require the `env:write` capability. Caller-plugged via `EnvBinding` (`@kindgi/env-inmemory` is an in-memory implementation for development and tests).
