`child-run` (`childRunId`, `childStatus`, `timesOutAt`): a child run must finish. `decided-approval` (`approvalId`, `approvalStatus`): decided, the runtime continues. `unattributed` (`tokenId`, `timesOutAt`): a wait no approval is linked to. `no-open-wait`: the journal shows none; the runtime picks the run up again.
