## Audit

PDP decision audit stream (list). Every route-level authz `check()` emits one `AuditEvent` (kind `authz-decision`) via the `AuditEventBinding`; this route pages through them, tenant-scoped, with `?actorSubject=` / `?onBehalfOf=` / `?action=` / `?resource=` / `?outcome=` / `?runId=` / `?from=` / `?to=` filters. Admin\@tenant only. This view is a filtered projection of the tenant audit events.
